||Ensuring commercial operations tasks completion as per Bids Responsibility Matrix shared by Sales Team for qualified opportunities.
||Arranging financial tools (EM/Bid Bond/Performance Security etc.) with Group Finance team/CEO for bids and then following a track for having its timely recovery from customers as per the result of submitted bids.
||Negotiating and finalizing contract terms and conditions with customers/subcontractors/distributors as guided by senior management or tender requirements.
||Preparing Commercial proposals including pricing inline to Sales inputs about the deal size, competition and customer budgets and aligned to directives of commercial planning team.
||Managing customer projects end to end and pushing all internal teams to deliver projects smartly, timely and within approved budgets.
||Ensuring project invoicing at each stage as finalized in the contract(s) and following up customers for its payment.
||Preparing Cashflow sheets for the entire business and making cash requirements highlighted for Group Finance Team to arrange timely.
||Ensuring Business reports of the funtion and sharing each project’s commerical review update to line management on its closure with feedback and learning tips for future projects.
