Developing personal understanding of high tech IT solutions by completing webinars / CBTs/ Certifications of related principals of the company. Encouraging and supporting team-mates also in building their product knowledge base as well. |

Generating Sales funnel for the assigned region with breakdown on products, principals & timelines basis. Potential orders to be secured should be able to identify on monthly and quarterly basis. Repeat and new business numbers should be accordingly segregated in the pipeline for review with Management hierarchy. |

Leading a team of shrewed salespersons for the region for ensuring their numbers achievements and ensurng succession planning for the team members. Succession planning of in-hand resources and rotation of accounts within team for avoiding monopolization in team resources should also be planned. |

Ensuring customer satisfaction in all respects during commercial negotiations especially related to responsiveness, friendliness and fairness. |
